About Us
Bosham Primary School is centrally situated in the attractive and much visited village of Bosham.
The village is located four miles west of Chichester, on an inlet of the harbour. It is known for its sailing and history. We have accommodation for a maximum of 210 pupils in seven classes. The main building comprises six class bases with adjoining shared work areas. In addition, there is one hutted classroom which has its own toilet facilities. The six permanent class bases radiate in pairs from the administration area, adjacent to a well-equipped hall.
The semi-open planned areas adjacent to the class bases provide a flexible working space, whilst the class bases provide a more enclosed area. The school has its own library, three playgrounds and a variety of resource areas. The parish recreation ground, which is adjacent to the school, is used for games, athletics and playtimes. There is an ongoing programme to develop the school grounds, including the buildings and playground areas.
